Continuously Transposed Conductors refers to the combination of a certain number of enameled copper flat wires into two rows with wide surfaces in contact with each other, and according to the requirements, the upper and lower sides of the two rows of enameled wires are transposed in the same direction along the narrow surface, and electrical insulating tape is used. Since there are many transposed wires and they are not flat, and the gap between the strands is large, the following seven points should be paid attention to when welding the transposed wires:

(1) The root of the transposed wire should be insulated and protected;

(2) Before welding, the Continuously Transposed Conductors should be flattened, so that the strands of wire guides fit together as much as possible, and the gap between them is as small as possible;

(3) After leveling, clamp the wire with a tool to keep the transposed wire in a fit state;

(4) Adjust the flame to neutral flame during welding;

(6) Cool down in time after welding;

(7) After cooling, use a wire brush to remove the sundries on the surface to prepare for the next lead welding.


What are the influencing factors of Continuously Transposed Conductors?

1. The transposition head stop number of the Continuously Transposed Conductor production line is not suitable. In the production, the transposition head stop is used according to the wire gauge. The transposition distance is large, the tightness of the Continuously Transposed Conductor is reduced, and the size will be larger. Although the size of the enameled wire is within the qualified range, for products with a small winding coil diameter and a large number of enameled wires per transposed wire, the external dimensions of the transposed wire are likely to be out of tolerance. It is two of the main factors that lead to the out-of-tolerance dimension of the transposed wire.

3. Inappropriate mold size control is within the qualified range, but the size of the mold size for a batch of products is the upper deviation, which is one of the main factors that lead to the out-of-tolerance of the Continuously Transposed Conductor.
